The staff here are really attentive and caring to their members needs. I enjoy the classes and the teachers are truly top notch! The trainers are very high quality but beware - they can be excessively pushy to get you to pay and sign up for extra for PT sessions. If you can afford it though, you're very lucky :) The sauna in the women's can be troublesome but they're quick to take feedback and fix it straight away. Enjoy this gym - I'm grateful it's close to my work!

Generally a good place compared to other Goodlife locations - standard types of equipment and quality are available. The real problem here is crowding, it has a very cramped layout across multiple levels so you will definitely feel it at peak times. There are only 2 squat racks!

such a joke. it's close and is usually not crowded. don't expect any attention from the staff though, not even when they're out of towels or when you inform them of broken equipment. also watch out for the black mold in the showers, and falling apart lockers (and benches) in the locker room

TOTAL MANIPULATION, CON GAME FROM START TO FINISH. If you're looking for a place that won't try to screw you for personal training packages in the thousands of dollars. THIS AIN'T IT. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER give Goodlife Fitness the ability to debit your personal bank account.
