My husband and I took the party cruise on 7/7/17 it was our 10 yr anniversary and we had so much fun DJ was awesome drinks weren't to bad weather was great seen mustang Sally at pib they were great just overall a great time can't wait to go back

I hosted groups on the Goodtime I two days in a row and I could not have been more pleased!!!  The captain and the crew were wonderful!  I was especially impressed by the First Mate, Lake.  He did everything he could to make sure our trip went smoothly. Captain John was also wonderful!!  
My group is looking forward to repeating our trip next year. We will definitely be back!

Terrible experience. Was asked by the captain to not stop at Kelleys island and to ride to Sandusky and then be put straight on a boat back to Kelleys island due to poor weather conditions. We agreed to the extra hour trip past the island to make sure the boat and passengers were safe. We arrive at Sandusky greeted by a man who tells us our boat doesn't leave for 2 more hours. So stuck in Sandusky while all our camping gear is getting soaked on the island. Would not recommend to anyone for any cruise terrible service.

Awful. All they care about is your money not their clientele. I ordered tickets 2 weeks in advance for my birthday and was told the tickets do not charge to my card until the day the ship leaves. I get sick, and call in the Thursday before to cancel and find out they already charged my card. They proceed to tell me "we always charge the card on the Wed was at before the cruise" and insinuated I was lying about their employee telling me I had until the day before to cancel. The reason they won't refund me? "Oh we have a strict no refund policy and if we did refund you we have to pay for the credit card fees." So apparently I as a repeat 6 year customer am not worth more than a small credit card fee? Worst customer service ever. I WILL NOT return to this horendous company. And neither should any of you.
