I have always donated to the Goodwill Store and thought they were great place but after tonight I will never donate there again. The employees in the back were extremely rude. This isn’t the first time I have experienced this. A couple of months ago they wouldn’t except half the stuff I wanted to donate. Tonight I grab some of the bags from my car and went into the back door, the guy in the back was shaking his head at me. I asked if I wasn’t suppose to come in and he said you might as well put the stuff down. I said I had another bag and box, when I went out to get it and come back in he had locked the door and left me standing outside. I refuse to ever donate or buy from there again. I hope they don’t treat everyone that way.

Brought donation 5/5 and in closed boxes. The donation man refused the donation without knowing what was even in the boxes and told us to go elsewhere. Huh sad statement when you claim to be a nonprofit organization. Called and spoke with the manager who apologized profusely and stated she would be talking with the donation people. If they questions in a donation it's her call not theirs. In the end Habitat for Humanity was very gracious for the donation and that is where the remainder will be going. Hopefully the manager can straighten out her employees.

Good prices and better than the Salvation Army. Handicap accessible, well laid out and after the recent renovations it's really easy to get threw.
