I am very disappointed in the customer service of Goodwill. If it were an option, I would rate this store 0 stars. After I found a t-shirt for the price of $3.99, I went to the checkout where I found not one single cashier. While walking around to find one, a lady with a shopping cart filled with clothes walked up, and the cashier that finally decided to appear walked right passed me, even though she had 50 more items than me. When we generously offered to pay $5 because we were tired of waiting in line, the cashier very unkindly said “no, you have to get in line”, and blamed us for not “being in line”. He also mentioned that it wasn’t his fault that he did not see us in line and that a Goodwill staff member did not tell him to come to us. I expect so much more from a store that is named “Goodwill” and that is made for the convince of others.

They have great stuff, But they need to improve customer service, the lady and the old big guy were in such a bad mood. Answering very very rude any question and the old guy was sooo mad he was cursing while he was putting clothes away in the racks, Really!!! Somebody should talk to them or make them work on the back with no people whatsoever! 
I will definitely be back but I will stay away from them. I love the other employees thou specially the guy in the wheelchair he is always very helpful.

The good designers items are mark up a little to high like they know what is going for new.
