You might want to change your hours on this website. Sign on door says open till 6 pm Moday-Saturday.  Also you people need to realize the freakin stuff is given to you and you put hellacious prices on the stuff and you'll won't even go down on it when it for people that is lost everything and has to have clothes to go to work.  You people suck!!!

They write the prices on many things in silver permanent marker. Designer bag in the worst shape $20. Price stickers all over things leave behind sticky residue. Decent bags are stuffed into a locked case making it difficult to browse them. 

Give 3 starts instead of 1 because the employees are great. They're kind, professional, helpful.

While most of the thrift stores in Beaumont/Port Arthur really opened their hearts and doors to Harvey victims, giving away huge amounts of clothing and cutting furniture prices, this store did nothing. Oh wait, they hired a security guard. I suppose to prevent irate customers from protesting the fact that the merchandise is criminally overpriced and that they sell knockoffs (eg.fake handbags) as geniuine. That alone is fraud. Anyone else who dared to sell fake Coach purses as the real deal would have an unpleasant encounter with law enforcement on a federal level. The store stinks literally and figuratively.

Staff was friendly and helpful, but it is a very small store in a poorer section of town. Not a lot of display and lower quality goods.
