I wish I could give them 5 stars since it is goodwill industries. I purchased through shopgoodwill online. The item I received, a framed print, was packed poorly and the frame was taped. There was no way to remove the tape without damaging the frame. When I contacted this MERS goodwill it was like pulling teeth to get an answer. And, rather then provide a positive experience, they told me to send back the item. I offered to keep it for a reduced price but they would rather lose money and send me a shipping label and the items to send the picture back then leave a customer with a positive experience. The mind boggles. Never again...

Great place great finds! Prices can be pretty steep sometimes but if you look for things tagged with the color of the day you're winning!!!! They have really good items in great condition most of the time and the staff is getting better

I love Goodwill Stores but this one is a freaking wreck. None of the items are where they are labeled to be, the cashiers were very rude, there was trash everywhere, the parking lot is a pot hole filled mess. You are way better off going to the Goodwill Outlet Store, it's just about as organized and costs less, plus the staff  at the outlet is super nice.
