Very helpful staff and the store was clean overall including the restrooms. Definitely coming back.

The Upland Goodwill is a medium to large GoodWill. It has a medium to large book area and CD/DVD area. There are quite a few rows of household products, more than many GoodWills offer. The store is clean and decently laid out, but not as nice as some of the Goodwill stores that are closer to the Los Angeles area. The furniture section is medium to larger in size, it also has a medium to large electronics section. My recent visit was my second time at this location. It has a medium size parking lot for such a busy location, so you may have to wait for a parking spot. The employee I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable about Goodwill and helpful. I wouldn't put it on my top Goodwill Stores to go out of my way to visit, but I'll visit it again the next time I have to go to the Ontario Goodwill Corporate office.
