Understaffed. Disorganized.  I don't blame them for trying to up-sell just quit trying with ugly clothes.

The service rep was extremely attentive, easy to talk too, sharp and knowledgeable. He explained everything that I needed, he made sure I had a way home and back to pick up my vehicle. He was polite an profess9. He gets 10 stars. Thank you..Hamer honda for providing excellent customer service.

The prices are so-so. The employees are nice. Not the greatest but not horrible.

Goodwill stores have gotten kind of pricey lately, as far as thrift stores go... HOWEVER!- I have been to every Goodwill in Los Angeles, and can say that (in my opinion) the Reseda store consistently has the best selection!! Don't know why- seems like it would be the Beverly Hills store... Santa Monica is good.. but Reseda reigns supreme!! No fitting rooms the last hour before they close... So last minute Jean shopping, may not be ideal.
