The store is o.k i can say since doing community service it has been ok with everyone except the fat cow name angelica i think not sure didnt bother to remeber her name  shes so rude worst costomer service with employees and costomers who ever gave her that job gave a very poor judgement to make her a manager

I love shopping here..I've found things here that i can't believe people don't want any more..i found 2 pairs of Justin boots worth $500 and i pay only $39 per pair..thats just a couple of the many many things I've found..i shop at the Montclair one..chino hills..pomona..rancho..fontana..diamond bar..all this stores have a lot of good stuff..

Sometimes the donations are WAYYY overpriced..homeless camp outside the store..CONSTANT in store theft..just saw a guy on a bike ..leave his bike unattended..casually walk in and out WITHOUT paying for shoes!i KNOW the employees CANT chase people..but goodwill corporate needs to provide security for them..i think by now..people that steal in pomona KNOW they ARENT going to be penalized..HAVING security would provide a deterant for the shady people hanging around the store all day long..

The prices are high for a second hand store. Way to high. They do have great employees that are always willing to help when needed.

The employees follow you around as if your going to steal something. It's damn donations for Pete's sake. If somebody needs something that bad to steal, then give it to them. (I'm not saying stealing is ok, saying some individuals need a little more help then others) just saying...
