drop off is in the back down a one way alley and I feel like I should be carrying bc of how shady it looks and feels back there.  But, it's for a good cause so 3 stars.

Sometimes a great deal can be found here. Overall, there are a multitude of household items and a variety of clothes. If you are looking for the latest trends then this may not be the place to look, but if you have a need and are short on cash, you just might find it here. In my opinion, the prices on some items are a bit overpriced, but all in all, not a bad place to browse for a hidden treasure.

Great stuff. Horrible customer service. I am an avid thrift shopper who came to this store weekly until now. I came in today and there was one cashier checking everyone out. The line was long, my child was crying, and when it was finally my turn the cashier was unfriendly and hurriedly checked me out. I left the store only to realize I had been overcharged. When I came back in just 2 minutes later the cashier asked very cooly if she could help me. I said "Yes, I was overcharged for a pair of shoes". She scrunched her eyes and repeated my words to me back in a way that implied I was lying. She then made me wait again to get it corrected. Then she didn't understand the receipt and still tried to say there was no problem. The manager refunded me for the extra charge which was an error. The cashier never apologized. I won't shop here again. The great deals don't make up for being treated so poorly. Its a shame because I was a loyal customer.

Great store! Customer service is delightful, the whole story environment is Pleasant ,Nice clean, and well-organized.
