When the valve stem core on my car starting acting up, I tried to remove it myself but it was frozen in place.  I called the local KIA dealer who not only told me that I would need to make an appointment, it would probably take 3-4 hours, and cost $150 dollars.  My wife brought the car to Goodyear.  Georgiana & Kevin had the car in and out in under an hour and since all that had to be done was change the valve stem, they didn't charge her anything for it.  On top of that, they took the spare off the car, put the tire back on AND checked the air in the other 3 tires all at no cost.

I don't know about you, but service like that is hard to find these days and I assure you that when it is time for new tires, I will be looking to these folks even if they aren't the cheapest.

Poor service. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Got a call my car was ready, service person tried to up sell me on a injector flush and told me my tires were worn. Never told me tires were not rotated. Tried calling at 5:05 pm and got no answer. Went back the next morning and was told tires were not rotated because of wear. Was never informed of that when I picked up my car and ticket showed tires were rotated. Will never go back there

Melanie was awesome as well as the service technicians. After coming in with a donut they took care of my car, replaced my donut as it was from the dealer, reset my tire pressure sensor light for a reasonable price. Would do business with them again and will now look for Goodyear service centers in the future.
