Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived for my appointment I was pretty much told that scheduling an appointment is worthless and they may or may not be able to rotate the tires and change the oil before they closed in 8 hours. What's the point of having an appointment? Drove down to Quick Lane and had the service performed in under an hour. Was my first, and will be my last time at Goodyear.

I scheduled an appointment at 6pm, their last appointment of the day, for an oil change and a tire rotation. To try and make their night easier and faster, I showed up around 5:45 so they could get a head start. I had two balding tires and needed new brake pads, so they asked if I still wanted the tire rotation. I said yes and the staff was very rude and condescending. The attendant told me this information around 6:30 and he said "Well, I want to be out of here in about 30 minutes... Actually, exactly 27." Also, I was asking questions about the repairs that had to be done and said something about how I would have to come in later this week. He said "Well, I obviously can't do it tonight. I only have one repair man." Also, there is a window in the waiting area and I could see the attendant working on my car glaring at me through the window. When he came in to return the keys, he did the same thing. For something so simple that I paid for and scheduled an appointment, I felt very unwelcome. I understand frustration towards the end of the workday, but I definitely won't be going back.

I stopped in with a nail in my tire. They repaired it while I waited, approx. 40 minutes. They fit me in without an appointment. The work was done without a charge. This is why we bought tires for my wife's car here. We live in Nocatee and have had 8 visits here with nails or screws in the tires because of the construction in the area. Rob, the manager is very pleasant to deal with.

I have never been treated with such disregard by any business in my life. I was shocked until I read all the other negative reviews and realize I was just treated like everyone else! The problem here obviously starts with management and carries over to the staff, especially the masculine female employee. Imagine pulling into Goodyear with 2 flat tires on a van full of packages thay have to be delivered ASAP and being told we don't do that here - we don't have the tires but we might be able to order them but it will take a couple of hours and we don't know if we can take your company's credit card over the phone... sarcastic girl does give me air all the while complaining the tires don't have proper calves, etc. I finally give them my boss' phone & go to continue deliveries in area. Return 2+hours later to enquire if they arrived. Boy at counter doesn't have a clue, looks to butch girl (with another customer) who yells out "I just got them off the truck". I asked if they could put them on now and she said "Not this second!" to which I assured her I just wanted to know when they could do it so I could resume deliveries. She then explains that it's their busiest day and there are multiple customers ahead of me and a tech on lunch, so about 2 hours. I asked if I resumed my deliveries and came back would I be repaired quickly or if I would again be behind others, and was told by clueless boy at counter that we would just have to see when i got there. UNBELIEVABLE! Clearly they can see I work for a major carrier with 100s of trucks who could have meant major business for them in the future but se la ve. ANYONE WOULD HAVE TO BE DESPERATE TO TOLERATE THIS KIND OF SERVICE. A DISGRACE TO THE GOODYEAR NAME! STOP APOLOGIZING TO PEOPLE AND CHANGE!

If you want a shop that can't ever give you a straight answer this is the shop for you. They can't ever give you a straight answer on a time frame or pricing. Price is never what they originally quoted and when it comes to time the answer is "I should be able to get to it today". I have given this place so many opportunities to earn my business. Every time I get off the phone or walk out of the door I say to myself "never again" or "Gosh this place is worthless". There is another shop a mile down the road that is awesome. And needless to say they will be receiving all my work from now on.
