Walked in without a clue of what hat would fit me. Spent 1 hour trying different ones and finally settled on the hat the Salesperson was wearing!!  Love it

The staff here are wonderful from the moment your enter. They don't even mind if your browsing and not making a purchase. Regardless of who or how you look, you'll get notice from the workers. It's that kind of customer service that'll have me thinking about Goorin the next time when I do need a hat. It don't hurt to try on a few hats and remember the experience.
