I started at Go Polar back in Oct after spraining my ankle. I was hesitant at first, but Joanna assured me i would be fine.  I am now a regular.  My ankle is almost healed, and I know that it would not be this good without the localized treatments. I have also started  whole body and facial treatmnents. I absolutely love it and the changes I am feeling and seeing. I highly recommend Go Polar.

I participate in a lot of local racing events and often come out of them with sore legs and specifically terrible pains in my knees.  Cryotherapy has made a world of difference in speeding up the recovery process.  It gets rid of the inflammation so much faster than letting time heal it on its own.  I also take advantage of the compression boots which get me feeling like new. I'm hooked and I can run it through my health savings account as well.  Joanna is awesome.   Highly recommend!

My Doctor recommended infrared sauna therapy for the anti-inflammation and detoxifying benefits. I googled for spots that offer this therapeutic service and found great reviews for GoPolar and their staff. So.... I decided to come in and see if the reviews were accurate. That was over three months ago and needless to say, I would come here every day if I could.  Joana and the entire staff are the nicest and warmest people you will ever meet. They make you feel like you are part of the family on the first visit. The sauna is one of the highest rated units you can find anywhere and the facility is spotless and sanitary. Nothing demonstrates customer satisfaction better than a referral, and to date, I have purchased over 5 gift certificates for family and friends because I want them to share in the same pleasant experience I have every time I make it to GoPolar.

I loved the experience but most of all I  thought the customer service was everything. The staff were very helpful and I will be going back. Highly recommended. The whole body cryotherapy has me feeling like a new woman.
