The rajas is usually my favorite but the last couple of times the chile looks old and still has skin on it and the cheese taste gross not to mention they keep updating my total $3 more to add tip when I don’t tip.Food: 1/5

It’s a big Gordita and the flavors are okay, It’s easy to eat. As far as price it’s $4-5 per gordita I honestly believe there are much better options on the surrounding restaurants.Food: 2/5
When I tried to get a Gordita for my baby I told them no chile! Then I went back because he can’t eat it. I was met with rude faces and after the fact I saw my beans were soaked and it was falling apart. Although the service was fast I would rather have a properly prepared food.Food: 2/5

They're always running out of food. And they have the worst attitude possible today. I ask for my food and the guy at the window with a ponytail Seem not to be having a good day and frustrated. He closed the Drive through window on me and I just left Is there really falling Short, this business is from juarez And they have the best attitude, the best food and the best customer service. This restaurant used to be my favorite gordita place but lately they don’t put any effort. Service is slow , customer service is so rude, the orders are usually wrong, the gorditas are poorly made, super messy it’s like they step on your food before giving it to you it seems. The gorditas are super hard too like if they’re days old it’s like biting into a tostada not a gordita. The meat isn’t seasoned like they used to either so it’s taste bland most of the time. So sad to see such a good place go down in quality and service.

Well, work has me back in El Paso. Went in, and this place was scraping the bottom of the pan and said they weren't making more. Asked for Barbacoa, and they said only on weekends. Went back on Saturday and guess what...NO BARBACOA. Their Gorditas were just a plain gordita. No lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, Pico and especially guacamole. Not a gordita in my book. Overall, gave this place a second chance and was highly disappointed. Do NOT recommend.
2 stars because my time is precious and when you got to a drive thru you expect a drive thru they took 12 mins to bring me one Gordita and make people park and wait forever, if they don’t have enough staff to handle a drive thru they should close it or hire more people.
