Needed to exchange some shoes for my daughter.  Customer service rep called over an employee, she took the shoes, and returnd with the correct sizing very quickly.  In and out in under 10 minutes.  Very impressive customer service!

Long waits during holiday season. It's a bit disorganized which makes for an unnecessarily long shopping trip. The home goods are are well organized. Staff is well mannered and friendly most of the time ( holiday chaos)

Bought some truffles here for Christmas gifts on 12/22/2017 and didn’t notice until I got home they expired 12/23/2017. This is cool since I don’t live in Grand Island 😐
