I had a bearing go out in my truck. I called them and they were helpful and actually cared about the situation I was in. They had the part I needed local and got it done that day. There customer service is above and beyond. They made sure I was taken care of to finish having a good time in the island

Needed someone to check my battery as I had jumped it twice and it would not hold a charge.  Bad position to be in on a Sunday on Orcas Island.  The young gentleman, I did not catch his name, immediately evaluated the situation, determined I needed a battery, and drove to Napa to pick one up because he did not have one in stock.  30 minutes later we were  on the way.  Great service, and price was reasonable as well.
