Unfriendly and haughty.  Not cool, just stuck up.  They got flies at coastal ranch in the dalles for a lot less, and you don't get the attitude.

I have purchased numerous fly reels, lines and backing from Gorge Fly Shop online and my experience has been fantastic.  They have contacted me personally when they had a question and they follow through on what they say they are going to do.  They stay well connected to me with email updates and are very quick to respond whenever I have a question.  I have used their trade up program and received a more than fair price for my gear.  They are very customer focused and I will be making many more online purchases with them.  Great team and experience.
