I am so frustrated working people don’t get off till 5:30 or 6:00 pm!! So really you make the LAST wash at 6:30pm because of the weather really we LIVE in MT. Well let me tell you I have been coming here seen Joann owed the business and I LOVED the place then she sold it to a lady with kids who was NO good at all so I stopped coming for some time. Then a really nice chine couple bought and the place got 100% better and then it got bad for a while then she hired a really really supper manger in March or April she was amazing. NOW it’s back to the lady with the kids and she  pregnant and is on her cell phone won’t HELP you the place  stinks very filthy place the bathroom looks alive I walked in today to do laundry saw the sign on the door again which is changed  walked up to the counter to get quarters two ladies were behind the counter eating pizza they were very upset that I asked for quarters so I took my quarters picked up my laundry and left I hope the pizza was worth it and maybe you should clean up the business or sell it because obviously you cannot run a business and that was showing before I am putting this out there because I work in  retail and I am mortified that a business Is ran like this. I would rather drive to 32nd West and do my laundry then deal with this plus a working family can’t even do there laundry after work. Your web site says you are open till 10:00pm that’s a LIE.

Hands-down the best laundry mat in Billings! Kristi and her staff are very professional, friendly, and welcoming! The facility is always very clean. And my deliveries are always on time! I am recommending this laundry mat to all my friends and family! ❤️ Thank you, Kristi to you and your amazing staff for doing a wonderful job with my laundry!

I am HIGHLY upset went to do my laundry like I do ever Sunday and NOTHING on the door that they were going to be CLOSED but they were!!! Today go over to do laundry about 4:30  that’s RUDE  Courtney was parked up front almost in front of the door I carry my laundry I am pregnant lady was very rude and said my last wash was at 6:30 I am reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau because they change their hours all the time. Plus I won’t wash if that  Courtney is going to be there again. What is going on with this laundry Mat it has me really upset and Devastated this was a wonderful place back three months ago. 😢😢

Web sit say there are open till 10:00pm LIE!! This owner must dislike customers or feel the NEED to help them OUT!! The guy who is been there the last 2 times I been in my with son very unfriendly!!! We WONT be back!! Something has changed in the LAST 30 days wow NOT good!!! Back to BYO!!

Very friendly staff. They gave recommendations regarding laundry load size and free soap when we realized we’d forgotten ours.
