I was going to give this 4 stars because the overhead scrubber doesn’t come down like half the time. And they microfiber towels don’t dry well—they just kind of move water around. 

But then I remembered that nobody has a better car wash. Like, this place is the best.

I bought a car wash pass and after one month of use, decided that I no longer needed it and removed my sticker. When I paid for it, there was no explanation that it would be a monthly rolling charge. After realizing this, I have tried to contact them multiple times and have only gotten a voicemail stating they would respond and address my concern. No one has contacted me after several voicemails and I have continued to be charged for a monthly pass I never use. This has been some of the worst customer service I have ever had and my issue is still unresolved. I would give them a zero if I could.

Came in for an oil change and was startled at the price but then they knocked a percentage off for being a first time customer.  Talked with me about my vehicle but not at all pushy.  Great customer service with a great feel.

I hate how kids run this place.

Changed review, I got a free month after sitting at the gate for 10 minutes before somebody saw there was a problem. I still wish there was more people on deck to fix gate issues the second they happen but I'll raise my review to 4 stars because they own up to their mistakes and attempt to correct them.

I pay 14 bucks a moknth for my vehicle, decent wash.

My wife has been using this wash for a couple of months.  A few weeks ago she was going through the wash and there was a loud "thud" as she went through. Upon inspection she noticed a pretty good gash in her door that was not there before. She talked to a staff member that told her he did not believe her. She got the managers number and I called and left him a message. Its been two weeks with no response so I called the corporate number and left a message there as well. It has been a week with no response. I would definitely recommend using a different service to wash your car because this place is VERY unprofessional.
