It was my anniversary of 18yrs. I ordered my husband 18 roses. Red,Yellow and white had them delivered to his work since I was leaving the same day for Puerto Rico. When I got home a week later there was only 16 dead roses. Also, I pick him out some wind chimes. They were over 80.00 dollars.. paid for them to find out they were damaged.. I got $8.00 off. Wasn't worth it.. I will never go there again. I would've rather to pay more at least the quality would have been better. The discount and inconvenience was a smack in the face.

I ordered flowers online yesterday morning for my wife to celebrate our anniversary. I left instructions to "please deliver after 4:30 if at all possible. My wife will be away from home on and off but should be home by then." Unfortunately, the flowers were not delivered. I called today and asked what happened. I spoke with Sally, who said that "It looks like we tried to deliver them around 4:10-4:20. I guess we missed her. We'll try to get them delivered today." She didn't apologize, offer a discount, or offer any other remedy. I'm very disappointed because, since I had to work all day, this was the only way I could do something for my wife on our actual anniversary. Having the flowers delivered the day after makes me feel like I let her down. I'm sorry to say that I won't be using Goshen Floral & Gift Shop for future flower deliveries.

I recently started to date a pretty awesome women that lives in Goshen, about 2 hours from where I live in IL. I wanted to do something to brighten up her day today, so I decided to send her flowers. I called and spoke with Sandy. She was pleasant, personable and great to work with. I told her she likes lilies and sun flowers and that I wanted it to be a nice bouquet. The flowers were delivered on time ( less than a handful of hours after I called) and the woman I was sending them to said they were beautiful. Thanks for your help, I will be a repeat customer.

The ladies at goshen floral and Gift Shop are great. They always exceed my expectations and I wouldn't use any other floral shop. Great job !
