Rude service, especially from the older woman wearing a tie dye shirt this morning. From what I observed, if you’re not Hispanic, don’t expect to be treated like a paying customer.  Their bagel tasted like rubber, and if you order sausage, egg, and cheese, you get one egg and a slice of ham rather than a sausage patty.  For a little over $14, you get watered down coffee and a nasty bagel with barely any filling. Avoid.

Not worth it. $24.12 for two bacon, egg, and cheese on plain bagels. The sandwhiches barely had a strip of bacon, the eggs barely tasted, and the bagels were...meeehhh...not great but not bad. Overall not worth it at all for $24.Food: 2/5

If you are like me and prefer to eat from a place that love is the main ingredient, then you found your place! Nestled between a busy street and seemingly no different than any lunch spot… the only difference is the level of energy, attention and love put into making the food. Mami cheffed it up and made the space feel like your mother’s kitchen. If you’re feeling down and hungry, even better and cheaper than therapy lol. I got the chicken cutlet and definitely put it on a bagel. Delicious.

Lots of good choices besides bagel - salads, paninis, SS wicked, bakery products which is nice. With plenty of fresh produce, prices are expected to be higher. Lots of cream cheese flavors. Bill doesn’t have product name listed which made harder to figure out the charges. Customer service was good. Good was tasty . Just wish the homeless guy doesn’t make the store area stink pee in order for patrons to sit out and enjoy.

They gave me the wrong muffin, then when I had it corrected, they gave me a moldy muffin. It tasted weird, and I checked the wrapping after I finished and this is what I found:Food: 1/5

Extremely solid bagel at an extremely fair price. Glad that's it's true bagel size and not these enormous ones you see a lot these days.  I'm laughing at these reviews expecting some kind of fine dining experience.Food: 5/5

Love that they have pastrami lox, but their bagels are hard as a brick and barely any cream cheese! I came here two days in a row and it was the same thing both times. The juice was pretty good, but trying to bite into the bagel made me want to throw the whole thing away. *Sigh* it was way too expensive for that, lol but seriously... If the bagels were fresh/softer and they gave more cream cheese this would be 10x better.  Friendly cashier

I would give 4 stars but the young girl working behind the counter on 07/25 @ 1:50PM was entirely unprofessional and rude below.  I asked for cream cheese on the side — I then saw her putting it on the bagel and I let her know it’s supposed to be on the side.  She then proceeded argue with attitude that I said to put it on.  I nicely told her I didn’t.  She then picked the bagel up and smacked it into the trash upset.  Then proceeded to give attitude up until I left.  I even tried to say have a nice day and she looked at me and turned her head.  All because she didn’t listen to my order.  Just to avoid negativity like this it’ll be awhile before me or my family ever come back.  Sad.

This business have very delicious bagels, pastries with other bakery iitems. They alsohave salads and different kind of beverages on the menu.. I love the cream cheese and bagels. Very delicious and the portion of cream cheese is very good. The staff is very courteous and helpful.

The experience at this store was wonderful because my brother got a rainbow bagel with cream cheese. The rainbow bagel with cream cheese tasted wonderful and delicious. The service was fast and the atmosphere can be quiet or noisy.  Wheelchair accessibility: This store is wheelchair accessible because it is on street level.
