I've been going here for awhile now, as most of the people are great. The recent price change has really been inconsistent with your staff.
I ordered a single 12 oz mocha and was charged for price of a double. When I said hey I only got a single the girl proceeded to tell me that I still have to pay for a double. THATS NOT OK!!!
That's pretty much ripping people off and forcing them to buy what they don't want.
I shouldn't have to pay for the extra coffee shot if I don't want it.
I do t think I'll be going here anymore it's just a constant battle over prices and bad coffe lately

I wish I could give it no stars I have been going to this place for little over a year I would take my kids there for a special morning treat...... 
But not anymore the owner has raised her prices and now a kids hot chocolate is $3.50 that is ridicules Starbucks down at even charge that much($1.58).
I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!!!!!!

I've been a regular at gourmet cup for 2 years..until today. Today I met the owner for the first time..and honestly wish I hadn't. I order a 16 oz iced white chocolate Americano. Because I prefer to drink my espresso quickly I typically ask them to fill the cup entirely with ice, no water (the ice will melt anyway) and add cream on top. The owner informed me that this is a BREVE and not an Americano...yes...correct...if you're filling a third of it with half and half. She then lectured her employee for making my drink wrong all these years right in front of me. I was a bit offended so i called the stand to talk to her about it. Rather than listening to my issue she instead talked over me and tried to explain to me how as a business owner she has to think about cost..as if I don't understand what's involved in running a business? Listen here lady. Starbucks has never charged me for a breve, in fact they tell me to order an espresso with cream. Big foot java has also never charged me...either has the Tom Thumb stand. These are all of your competitors! None of them have talked to me like this. Its been real Gourmet Cup...but my wife and I will not be returning ever again.
