I used to loved Gourmet but the last few times I’ve gone, my orders were made incorrectly. This morning I ordered a bagel with egg and cheese. The girl who took my order repeated it twice very clearly to the woman making it and after I got to work, I realized I was given a bagel with cream cheese because the woman was busy talking to someone and not paying attention to what she was told. I do not eat cream cheese so I am just throwing money in the trash. I do not work in Leominster and don’t have the ability to leave to go back and have this corrected.

Good sandwiches and coffee. but I mostly go there for the beautiful woman that work there.

Great place! I stop in whenever I get a chance. Staff is always friendly too.

Great place I stopped here on a delivery for work I had a medium iced hazelnut coffee with extra cream extra sugar was delicious I qlso ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin that was toasted perfectly the bacon was nice and crispy the egg was nice soft cooked just right with the cheese melted on top would definitely eat here again

Two stars because one of the girls was actually nice and made my coffee to perfection. However, the second girl who made food was insanely rude. I requested a toasted plain to which she cut me off stating they did not have that - fine! Onion will do! She took that one order and immediately turned around to make it, the other nice girl started on my coffees. I knew I still had more food to order but was never given a chance so I asked her "if I had more food to order should I let her know now" she turns around rolls her eyes and says "yes", the food was awful. Poor customer service and doesn't make me feel comfortable to return. If you don't like customers making orders then maybe you shouldn't work somewhere that customers request an order.

I love their large selection of coffee flavors so many delicious options to choose from...  and more++ Best coffee aroundMy fave... red velvet  Breakfast sandwiches bagels muffins danishes donuts  all  Wish it was all throughout the country!

3rd shift needs some work 2nd shift nailed it tip my hat to the bunny and kitty they seem to get along, good moral, they put off a good vibe.

Always consider this a treat as there isn't one close to where I live. Great coffee, enormous flavor selection.

I'm a new convert to Gourmet Donuts, but better late than never!! They are amazing!!! I never knew flavored coffees were all you needed..not the flavor syrups or shots that others offer. Wow!! So far I'm in love with the Mocha Cinnamon Swirl Iced Decaffeinated, but I'm ready to try another of their over 40 flavors! My only complaint is that they don't have a reward system.

Gourmet is great but this location needs new staff. They treat everyone they don't know like it's a bother to them. They're too busy socializing with their friends to take care of customers in a timely manner. Don't waste your time waiting for the staff to finally acknowledge you're there.
