Ally and Star were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.  I'm a tourist from New Jersey and think every Verizon wireless should have employees as nice as the ones in Sedona!  Star installed my glass protector so good i can't even notice it's there!

My husband and I came in a couple weeks ago as my phone had died. 
Lucky us we met Starr welcoming everyone into the store while helping others.  She said she would be right with us and she was.  We know knowing.........my husband still has a flip phone.  With her help with my new phone he decided to get a Tablet and she had the patience of Jobe helping us......we kept apologizing for our ignorance but she would say no question is stupid just take your time and if you have more questions you know where I am.  We have been in several times since and she was just as charming and helpful to us and others we watched her help. 
In both our opinion she is a real asset to your organization.  Not only did she help us with the new phone she listened to our conversation and saw we were looking at another device for my husband and started educating us on the Tablet.  She is the best........also want to mention we have been in when she was off and the other are a delight to work with as well...........but Starr in our estimation is a 10.....amazing, patient and knowledgable person.  Lucky Version and Lucky us.

Allison was exceptional. I had trouble with my old phone and she walked me through the process of getting my warrantied phone replaced. She then helped me set up the new one and explained things about my phone that I never even knew. Great experience. Thanks to Allison and Ben.

I have gone to this store multiple times over the years and have always had a great experience. I usually work with Ben but the other staff have been extremely helpful as well. Thanks for all your help everyone!!

Every time my wife or I have gone in the same kid tells us we need a new SIM card... A little over  a year ago I bought my wife a new phone and she wanted to look at cases so we went to the Verizon store in Sedona and she asked the kid at the counter to activate her new phone while she looked around. The kid (blonde kid) came over and told her that Verizon sent her a bad sim card and she would need to buy another one from him.  I called bologna and we left, I put her card in and activated it for her.  Last month I bought her a new phone, again, and we went in to have it activated while she looked around at accessories... same kid, same advice... "Buy a new sim card"... again. When we left I popped the card back in and activated her new phone over lunch. The blonde kid is either a scammer or he is a complete idiot. The store is NOT a Verizon corporate store and we won't be going back in when my wife gets another phone. I wonder how many sim cards this brat sells per day...
