Story

Biblical ministry must have as its central focus a desire to proclaim the excellencies of the gospel of Jesus Christ to a lost world, and to see men and women brought to completeness in Him (Col. 1:28).

I.The Adoration of Our Lord. When the church gathers for mutual ministry there should be the regular practice of corporate adoration and worship of the God we serve. Man's ultimate purpose is to set the Lord continually before him (Ps. 16:8).

II.The Proclamation of God's Word. Since the church exists to be a repository of divine truth, then a great deal of time must be devoted to proclaiming it. The Lord's day service has as its primary focus preaching and teaching the whole counsel of God.

III.The Edification of Christ's Church. It is not enough to simply listen to someone explain the Scriptures. We must have a vehicle through which we are regularly challenged by its commands, exhorted by its authority, encouraged by its promises, and strengthened by the power of Christ through obedience. This is accomplished by: building relationships, personal godliness and weekly Bible studies.

IV.Training and Mentoring. There must be a commitment to the development of godly men and women who are able to disciple others toward spiritual maturity in Christ. We are committed to developing the spiritual giftedness of each member of the body. It is our goal to continually encourage one another to love and good works for the edification of others (Heb. 10:24).

V.The Evangelization of The Lost. According to Matthew 28:18-20, our ultimate task is to reproduce ourselves by proclaiming Christ to every man and to bring him to the knowledge of the Savior. This involves a compassion for the lost condition of those around us, a clear communication of the gospel to them, and a persuading and pleading with all to embrace Christ.

Mission

WE BELIEVE the Bible is God’s written revelation to man. It is verbally inspired in every word, absolutely inerrant in the original documents. We affirm the infallibility, sufficiency, and authority of Scripture.

WE BELIEVE that there is but one living and true God, an infinite, all-knowing Spirit, perfect in all His attributes, one in essence, eternally existing in three Persons – the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit – each equally deserving worship and obedience.

WE BELIEVE in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory.

WE BELIEVE that the salvation of man, who is sinful and lost, is instantaneous and accomplished solely by the power of the Holy Spirit. He accomplishes this through the instrumentality of the Word of God when the repentant sinner – enabled by the Holy Spirit – responds in faith. This salvation is wholly of God by grace on the basis of the redeeming work of Jesus Christ, the merit of His shed blood, and not on the basis of human merit or works. All the redeemed are kept by God’s power and are thus secure in Christ forever.

WE BELIEVE in the Spirit-filled life. As the supernatural and sovereign Agent in regeneration, the Holy Spirit baptizes all believers into the body of Christ at the moment of salvation. The Holy Spirit also indwells, sanctifies, instructs, empowers them for service, and seals them unto the day of redemption.

WE BELIEVE that all who put their faith in Jesus Christ are immediately placed by the Holy Spirit into one united spiritual Body, the church, of which Christ is the head. The purpose of the church is to glorify God by building its members up in faith, by instruction of the word, by fellowship, by keeping the ordinances, and by advancing and communicating the gospel to the entire world. The formation of the church, the body of Christ, began on the day of Pentecost and will be completed at the coming of Christ for His own at the rapture.

WE BELIEVE in the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the unsaved; the saved unto the resurrection of eternal life and the unsaved unto the resurrection of eternal damnation.

I have been attending Grace for over 6 years. I can tell you I have never attended a church like this in my life, nor do I think I will ever will. It was a hard transition for me in the beginning, but I knew the character of those who attended and I knew the pastor was preaching to their best ability to the actual intent of the writer, not their own seeker friendly interpretation. Rather the transforming truth of God's word. I appreciate that the men who lead bible studies are equipped to do so as most of them attend or graduated from the churches seminary. This was so refreshing. This church is not perfect please do not get the wrong impression. It is filled with sinners, but those striving to glorify God in all they do. Visit the local Starbucks any morning day and you will see many men meeting one one one as they do thorough out the city. Not just the men, but older women who take time out of their week to meet with the younger women to help them learn and apply God's truths. I've grown in my understanding more in the past 6 years than all my life. If you want to grow this is a good place to do that. All glory to God for this faithful church.

Liars. These people depend and thrive on emotional stability from the unfortunate and ruin families. Do not attend this place. Ive attended for decades and showed nothing but love but these people will turn on you the second they can. Their social groups are segregated between the self righteous and judged. These people are something to stay far away from. Only if people knew.

As a missionary, I can sincerely advise you not to go to this church. They do not have sound doctrine and I heard from the pulpit that the Holy Spirit is not at work anymore. If you believe in the Holy Spirit at work, do not attend this church.

This church is biblical and has some real loving believers in it. They are on the same page as pastor John MacArthur. No church has all believers in it but this one has enough that you can call it a true church. And you would be hard pressed to find another like it.
