Started with this company 18 months ago.  Service was good,  but quoted rate was $53 at that time.  Suddenly, less than 2 years later, my rate has jumped each month until now, when I'm at $106 per month.  No accidents, no tickets, no claims in all this time.  When I called for an explanation, I was told "well cost of living has gone up, and you're paying for other drivers who have had accidents".  Both claims are baloney - insurance has ALWAYS been based on all drivers in a risk pool and the cost of living has only gone up 4% in the past 2 years.  My advice:  if you use this company, watch for the bait and switch.

This office has gone above and beyond for me and my family. I love State Farm, and this office is to thank for that. I have thank goodness never had an issue, and the staff is incredibly helpful. Thank you for everything you guys do for me!

This is, by far, thee worst insurance group of all time. Eleven days after cancelling my policy, they removed money from my account for a new payment. And gave me the absolute hardest time in trying to get it back. I cancelled my policy with them in the first place because of a complete incompetency on the part of the staff here. I lasted with them for three months and went right back to Geico. And got a cheaper rate with Geico (my original insurer)! My entire experience with this group, from start to finish, has been awful. I do NOT recommend!
