Not professionals !!  Asked for 3RV dark burgundy brown for my hair and they coloured it much lighter initially and argued this is what suits me. Even after telling that this is not what I opted for, kept arguing about how good it is. And also left a HUGE chunk of hair at the back just like that !!! When asked, she said “fully doing it will ruin the look”. When I pointed the bleached orange hair which didn’t catch colour, she said “oh it can’t be done perfectly. They will call you out, humiliate and gang up with their other staffs if you point out anything. So I did this at this saloon which I could have done at home for 130 CAD. Another thing to point out is, they literally don’t care for your hair. Will literally pull out hair forcefully with comb and heat blow dry on your scalp. It’s sad because hair is something we take care at home very carefully and going to a salon to come back home with damaged hair is hurtful. Will not go back for any hair related services. The place is good for eyebrows...!! but i don't think the hair services are great. I wanted to get layers and went for it but the male staff did not do layers and just reduced my hair length and said there are layers behind, it was just looking like a straight hair cut, i wanted face framing layers and i was charged for a layering hair cut as well at the end.

I have been coming here for YEARS and have come to see most of the people working here as friends, such lovable staff.  Today, I walked in 3 minutes after the place was closed. I was going on holidays tomorrow and was so excited to come in today. I didn’t know that it was closed since the door was open and 3 customers were inside. I was rudely asked to leave and I’m actually so hurt. When I asked if I could just get my eyebrows done, she walked away and everyone just stared at me. It was so embarrassing.  For 3 minutes, I was treated this way. Maybe the door should be locked when you’re actually closed.

I am a regular customer of Grace beauty, visiting from more than a year. Vandana has done my eyebrows, facial and waxing from last 5-6 times, She is an amazing person, very friendly and sweet. I highly recommend her.

The only eyebrow salon I go to and the only person that has been doing my eyebrows for years and years is Asha. She is incredible, so talented, and so good as well as an amazing person and a beautiful soul. I recommend Grace Salon and please go ask for Asha you will never go anywhere else after!!!!!! Thank you always for making my eyebrows the prettiest everrrrr  Also forgot to mention all my family go here, morher, sisters, in laws and manyyy friends all also ask for Asha always Thank you Asha

I highly recommend Asha for eyebrow threading. She is very experienced and has a good understanding of how eyebrows should be shaped to frame the face. I prefer my eyebrows to look natural not too thin or over threaded and she does an amazing job!

I’ve been coming here since I was a teenager. Literally 2 decades! I go here for threading and waxing. I’m always happy with my eyebrows and their prices are competitive. After the pandemic, I tried a few other places but will only go here because the ladies here do the best job and are always sweet and friendly.

I always come to Ashia for the last 7 years and she is always professional. All the ladies in the salon are very friendly and nice. I have come to consider Ashia as one of my friends. I will continue to keep coming to grace hair design and beauty.

I have been coming here for almost 7 months and I have enjoyed the service! Vandana has done my waxing today and she is quick and efficient. She is extremely sweet and highly recommended!Services:&nbsp;Body waxing

I have been coming here for many years now. The staff here is great! They are very professional and do a good job at waxing/threading! Special shout out to Vandana! She is awesome!
