MY SON IS BURIED HERE. KRISTEN WAS VERY HELPFUL TO ME AND MY FAMILY. SHE MADE SURE THAT MY SON (EMANI ROBINSON) WAS BURIED NEXT TO MY MOTHER. I HAVE OTHER RELATIVES HERE AND I WOULD ALWAYS RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

I loved how they buried my parents together for me. I could not be there since I lived in Oregon. 
Graceland took pictures of their graveside burial and sent them to me. 
That meant everything to me. God bless them.

I have had the worst experience with them as anyone could have.  I was told that my marker could be placed by a particular target date, with staff transition I was notified that target date could not be met and I worked diligently to pay the cash required for our marker.  Our account was mishandled as we have had several mishaps.  In my frustration c it all I requested a refund and they REFUSED to refund my money or see any fault in this debacle!!!! Sad, I am deeply saddened by this.

I wanted to have my husbands burial to be as pleasant as possible but Christin or Christine (whatever her name is) made this immposible. They messed up burial arrangements and my husband didnt get buried till over a month later. The family was lied to and told to grieve an empty grave. I will never forgive or forget the horrible treatment my family recieved
