Story

For over 50 years, GRAEF has been dedicated to serving public and private clients. Our ability to excel is driven by integrity, quality and our commitment to customer service.

GRAEF began as an individual partnership founded as a structural engineering firm in 1961. The fledgling company was named Graef, Anhalt, Schloemer–Consulting Engineers. Today, the firm employs more than 200 employees in five offices across the country. GRAEF ranked 29 in Building Design & Construction's (BD+C) list of the nation’s Top Engineering-Architecture firms in 2016 and among the nation’s largest green design firms.
