Had a apt that I changed.  They called me on the day of the original apt telling me I missed it.  I called them back and explained.  I asked if I could reschedule soon because my tooth hurt.  After huffing and puffing and a sigh on the phone they said they would look.  Wow, next apt is 3 weeks away.  But first I need my teeth cleaned?  I told them my tooth hurts I don't need my teeth cleaned.  Finally I said forget it.  Found  a much more friendly dentist sensitive to my needs.  Have always experienced pushy rude receptionist here.  Dentists are fine.  But to get through them is hard.

Been going there for 2 years, they fixed what had to be done, Doctors and Staff do care, even when you're in pain and cranky lol.

 They are the best. Wonderful staff. Very caring. They are like a good family. Never take my family anywhere else . There definitely the best.
