ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!! I completely understand that the clinic would not be open for Fourth of July!!!
HOWEVER, when I call at 8:00 Monday morning and I can not get an appointment at all for the entire week and you are only open until 4pm! SERIOUSLY, you don't think that you could have extra hours somewhere the rest of the week???? I'm sorry that your patients are sick or have issues that need to be seen and CAN'T wait until the following week! The patient I was calling for has been a patient of yours since 1990 and I have to call around to find somewhere to take her because other places do have longer hours!!! COMPLETELY DISGUSTED WITH THIS CLINIC RIGHT NOW!!

one star is way to much. graham medical does not give a damn about helping patients. they only seem concerned with making money for pinnacle health. if you are looking for a good doctors office keep looking. all you will get here is blown off and lied to by the front office sloths.

I have chronic migraines. Numerous times i have tried to make an appointment which they can never get scheduled. After that they say they will be able to get my prescription over to the pharmacy without a visit to the clinic. I never get a call and this has happened multiple times. Thank you Graham Medical for lying and keeping me in constant pain.

I've been going to Graham Medical Center for over 15 years. The staff has always been friendly and professional. Almost every time I've walked in, I've noticed that the phones have been very active.  To me this is a good sign that they will be around for another 15 years.

I made 3 phones to Dr office today before they bothered to tell me my Dr isnt in today. looking for a Dr office that actually wants to treat me not just bill me. this place is circling the drain. They should fire the dead weight at the desk and replace them with people who want to work, not just sit there keeping patients from the Dr they need to see.
