I would NOT recommend taking your pets to this clinic. I brought in a stray cat to get neutered and to be treated for fleas. When I picked him up I noticed that the bill didn't show that he had the flea treatment. When I asked if he had been treated for fleas the receptionist said that they didn't see any fleas on him so they didn't give him any medicine. Well, I didn't ask them to check for fleas, I asked them to treat him for fleas so they apparently don't listen to their customers and just do whatever they want to do. This was a stray cat who had been outdoors so treating him for fleas whether you see any or not would be a good idea and it doesn't hurt an animal to treat them for fleas even if they don't have any. I think they just forgot to treat him for fleas and the receptionist was just making up a lie to cover for their mistake. Either way, it was very unprofessional and they obviously don't make the medical needs of animals a priority. PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!

I just adopted a rescue dog and scheduled him for a well check-up with GVAH, and also needed to get heart worm and flea control meds. I live less than a mile from them, so it is very convenient. I really wanted to like this place more than I did. When I walked in, there were two cats on the check-in counter. In spite of my telling the girls at the front desk that I am highly allergic to cats, they didn't move the cats. Cats are a major trigger for me for inducing an asthma attack. I have been to many vets, and I think this was the first one I visited that had cats (or any animals) roaming freely, so I'm not sure what to make of that. Some people don't like cats, then there are those of us that are allergic. The staff working there were very friendly. They showed me how to clip my dogs nails, which I've never done before. I am very appreciative of being shown how to do this. The vet I saw was rather cold. I presume she was a vet. She never introduced herself, just walked in the room and asked, "why are you here?" I had several questions, which she did answer. But again, she was rather cold, and never showed any kind of emotion. She never even cracked a smile. Maybe she was having an off day, but if you can't show some enthusiasm about what you're doing, or bother to even introduce yourself to a new client, it makes me question how you will be when my dog is sick or in a crisis situation. When I was checking out, the cats were still on the counter. By this time, I was starting to wheeze. While I was waiting to pay, whenever the cats would start walking towards me, I would back 3-4 feet away from the counter. After 2-3 times having to do this, one of the girls finally took the cats off the counter. By the time I got back out to my car, I had to use my inhaler. Again, the two girls at the front desk were very friendly and kind. I could tell they really cared about animals. However, the cats roaming freely, and an unfriendly and uncaring vet, did not make for a very good experience. The prices were fair. I was told my dog would need a dental cleaning, and the price I was quoted for that seemed reasonable. Just not sure I'll be using them for continuing care for my dog.

We had a dog that had cancer they they were above and beyond wonderful!!! The staff was very loving and caring. She passed away in December. So I attempted not to replace her but couldn't stay away from another furry friend. We then got a new shitpoo she started out 1.4# they educated us on our tiny baby saw her and gave the vaccine s 1/2 at a time for safety. At 6 month did her spay and she recouped perfect! This staff is knowledgeable, loving and awesome. Can't say enough great things about Dr Frez. She is AMAZING! Thank you for such great care of our pets❤️

The vets are nice and knowledgeable and the rates are great. They don't charge an arm and a leg like so many vets do these days. They also don't try to upsell their services.
