Dine in is usually fine. Ordered delivery and the salad was measly compared to what you get at the restaurant. Also…the box was closed with staples. Luckily, I noticed, but I would HIGHLY recommend checking the boxes for staples and be careful when you open your food that’s a lawsuit waiting to happen, Grammas. Fries were severely over cooked and pretty much inedible. And finally - somehow the bread of my hoagie was rubbery. Not sure how you pull off that one. We’ve decided we won’t order carry out or delivery any more.

Great pizza! Quick service! Great price! We had an XXL for 7 people.

I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza and honestly it was very bland tasting and the onions were basically raw. Not impressed and wouldn’t recommend.

The food here is always good, butsitting at the bar Friday evening after 8ish, I constantly had to get the bartenders attention.  They were more interested in what I'm assuming were some regulars at the end of the bar. while I'm all for having a rapport with regulars, you have to be able to balance it with new customers as well. I will come back as this is a small thing and I know that they are growing still.

There’s no reason the food should be cold and look like this when I’m 2 minutes down the road. Huge disappointment.

I don't even want to give one star. This is by far the worst food and service I've ever had in my life!!! My pizza was so nasty that it was stuck to the box. It wasn't even cut. We had to pull it apart to even get a slice it fell apart. I payed $35 + $8 tip to the driver. I called and spoke with an employee  Female. She argues with me and says it's because I got to many toppings. It was a specialty pizza with sausage, pepperoni, extra mushrooms, extra cheese, green peppers and bacon. This woman argues with me and says I have to return my pizza after I waited over an hour. Last time I checked the customer is always right? In this case that was opposite. Payed $35 for food I ate some and was not pleased! I will never order from Eastgate/Mt. Carmel Grammas pizza again nor recommend it!!

This Gramma's has gone downhill.  We waited over a half an hour just to get a side salad and garlic bread. Our meals took another 15. Nothing tasted great. They weren't that busy, and they looked fully staffed. Actually every time we looked into the kitchen, the staff seemed to be standing around doing nothing. Go to Amelia or Batavia instead.

Good pizza, absolutely love the hoagies, and the staff are always courteous to us. As much as I enjoy carry out, I recommend dining in or sitting at the bar. The hot food is always the best. Nicole is the bar tender we love to go see.

We get gramma's almost once a week. Always friendly service, wonderful hogies, amazing boneless wings. My family loves the pizza.Food: 5/5

Called to order over $80 in food from Grammas on Jan. 24 at 9ish pm they said they could complete the order but sent all their delivery drivers home so we would have to come pick it up. If we wanted to go out to spend nearly $100 in food we would have and it wouldn't have been on pizza. Very disappointed and was a very frequent customer. I think we will be getting pizza and the like from other businesses.
