Customer is good untill you purchase and leave the store. Staff forgets what they tell you and is no longer helpfull. I have had service out 3 separate times for issues and I have not had the fridge for a year. Trying to get help after you purchase and leave the store is like pulling teeth! Will not go here again. You would think after a family buys 5 appliances they would care about their customer.

My wife and I have made a couple purchases here recently - a new refrigerator and a new microwave. The sales staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. And both times we received great prices. Also noteworthy: the day our refrigerator was delivered, some nasty weather moved through the area. The delivery crew called twice to keep me updated on their (understandably slow) progress. Our house is close to the warehouse, so when the truck arrived at our house, a second delivery crew joined the first to hasten the removal of our old fridge and the installation of the new one. The crews worked quickly, carefully, and professionally - despite having had a long and trying day. And they were a super-friendly lot of guys.

I am a very upset customer. I spent nearly 12k in the Greenfield WI store. Very little went well. I have an ongoing problem with my DACOR refrigerator. I have been calling for service for over 3 months. No one has ever called me to service my fridge. Called and spoke to the manager several times. He even came to my home to confirm and see my problem for himself. He saw the issue said he would check with DACOR service. That was over a month ago. I had to finally call him, again he said he called the service company for DACOR. Again no phone calls for service. It has been another two weeks. I am done with this store chain. My next calls are to the BBB and a lawyer. Shop any where but here. I am angry that I have to give one star to get this published. Grand deserves ZERO stars

Good variety of high end and affordable appliances. Not pushy staff, was able to look without expectations.

My experience with this company Jason in particular was fantastic. I shopped here, Lowes, Home Depot, Sears, Menards and Best Buy. Jason was the only and I mean only sales person who actually took the time to educate me on the products I was looking at. They are all the same price when your looking apples to apples product i.e. Exact same models. The difference is in the service and here is the only location I had received any. I spent $3500 (same I would have spent anywhere else) this was the only company that took oh I don't know maybe 30min to show me and compare product with me based on my needs and what I was describing. Thank you again Jason your customer service is what brought me back and made my purchase with you even with other company's providing longer finance terms and possibly better support. (no experience with that yet). The delivery team was fantastic too can't forget to mention them! Thank you again Grand Appliance!!!
