We bought a few appliances here. Never had a bad experience. Recently purchased a stove on the fly and the man working there directed us to a great story for a great price. Would recommend them to anyone. They have something for everyone.

I was excited to be buying from Grand at first, I loved the selection. If I would have written this review last December it would have been 5-Star. But, we're going on 4 months of issues with getting the correct refrigerator in. I bought and paid for this refrigerator back in December 2016 for a new house. One would think that once that happened, a unit would be set aside in the warehouse marked with my name on it and estimated delivery date. When I called Grand in May of this year and told them that they can deliver anytime after July 4th there would have been an inventory check on my appliances. I get a call in July about a week before the delivery saying my fridge was delayed until August 10th. I was upset, but they offered a temporary unit until the one I wanted came in. I was okay with that. When they came to install the Washer, Dryer, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, and temp-fridge. They delivered the wrong Washer and Dryer. I had to call for a replacement, and they came back, only to deliver the wrong thing again. I was pretty frustrated. This time I told them not to bother because what I got, and what I paid for were pretty close, just short a few options that were nice, but not necessary, and the prices were only a couple dollars off. August 10th came and gone. I was told the fridge was delayed two weeks. I said okay. Two weeks came and went. I was told the fridge was now going to be delivered mid-September. mid-September came and went. I was then told October. Just last week I was told the delay is now January 2018. Now, I understand that at this point the issue is with the manufacturer, but I still feel Grand shares some blame in this, because when I bought this unit in December of 2018, that unit was in stock, and should have been mine. When I called in May, if they had any in stock, it should have been set aside, and marked as mine. If it wasn't in stock, I should have been informed that it wasn't in stock. On top of the fridge issue, my microwave has been acting weird. Whirlpool sent a warranty tech to investigate my issue. It turns out that a Grand install person either installed a damaged unit, or dropped it during the installation and failed to inform anyone. I was just questioning why I had to lift up on the unit to close the door all the time, plus it did't seem to warm food very well. The warranty tech also said some weird holes were cut into the unit that shouldn't have been there. They said Grand should replace the unit since it happened during their installation. It's been two weeks since I heard from them. I've tried calling them several times and it almost always goes to voice mail and I rarely get a returned phone call. They have a good employee in Kevan, and I will give him 5-stars for dealing with me. He at least seems to care and want to get this resolved, and it seems his hands are tied. I am pretty sure he's being honest with me. I was hooked up with a free used refrigerator for my garage which was an awesome gesture. This would have been a 2 Star Review, but Kevan bumped it to a 3 star. I would not recommend purchasing here because there are some internal issues with inventory tracking, and warehousing purchased products for future delivery. When I purchased appliances for our first house from Best Buy back in 2005, they took the inventory, put our sales order on the boxes, and held it for 6 months for us. Grand should really offer and do the same for new construction customers.

I was first told they would deliver on the following Tuesday, and I would recieve a phone call the night before with the time interval. No one called the night before or Tuesday. I called to reschedule for Friday. Again no call the night before. The delivery guy calls me 30 minutes before he comes while I am at work to tell me he is on his way. 30 minutes was of not enough of a notice for me to get home, so I didn't get my refrigerator. This is now 2 weeks after my purchase date! I cancelled my order due to poor communcation on their part. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!!!!
