If there were 8 stars I would give them. These ladies are awesome when it comes to customer service, creativity and just being patient and helpful during some very difficult times. I had to order two memorial service boquets within 5 months and they did everything but hold my hand! I had an idea of what we needed and they just did the jobs beautifully,

I needed centerpieces for a dinner party, I had two large bowls that I brought into the shop.  It was near closing time (3:00 pm) on Saturday and they put together two beautiful hydrangea centerpieces.  The ladies were very kind and helpful and my table looked wonderful.

Showed up 20min before advertised closing time, they were closed.  Even asked earlier same day what time they closed & was told 5pm.  Have never been a huge fan & now won’t ever get any of my business.  Happy to take my business elsewhere.

I am originally from Arroyo Grande and now live in Washington. I needed to send flowers for a dear friend who lost her father and her brother. I read their reviews and decided to give them a try. Boy am I glad I did!!! Not only did they get them there the same day, they called to verify that her name was spelled correctly (I had butchered it on purpose and added a ton of extra keys because its an inside joke). The plant basket is just beautiful. Had to reorder today when I found out we lost another friend. Their customer service is top notch and I never worry about getting what I what I pay for. I used an internet flower company and spent 100$ and when my friend sent me a pic of what she got, it looked like a 12$ boquet. This shop exceeded my expectations and kept me worry free being so far away. Thank you grand bouquet. You have a customer for life.
