Reviews
*Added this review to reflect a poor experience on 5/10/18* I walked in after waiting in a half hour of extra terrible traffic on Cornell just to get bread. Not their fault, just the circumstances that brought me there when they did. I'm greeted with, "Excuse me, are you here for the donations?" A young lady asked. I reply that I'm not. "Were closed." She snaps. *looks at time... 6:01pm* I storm out, frustrated that I missed my opportunity, although it shouldn't have gone this way. Yeah, it's just bread, but I was already irritated. Lock your door if you're closed. The bread was there and I just wanted to grab and go. I work in customer service, and perhaps it is important to remember that sometimes, just sometimes, it's okay to help people outside of the regular parameters. I do it every day at my job. It's difficult but it pays off. I visit this location 1-2x per week for years now. I have in the past been impressed and my mind has been changed due to quality service at this business. I understand that things happen, but I won't go out of my way to solve this on my own like the last time, though. *below is my previous 5 star review.* The bread & service is outstanding. I have updated this review from 3 to 5 based on consistently great service, which has since negated a single poor experience. The prepared options are lackluster, and the line is often long - but I can't knock them for that if I'm not visiting for the sandwiches.

First time here. Really good selection of sandwiches and goodies. I ordered "The Blue Ribbon" to go. Prices are pretty standard for eating out anymore. My sandwich was $9.25, and tasted awesome! Check them out, there is some indoor seating, but it's limited.

Very nice place with tons of fresh baked breads and treats. They also have a full menu of sandwiches and soups. Clean throughout with a friendly staff. Excellent pastries too. Prices are reasonable.

Good selection of bread, pastries, muffins. The muffins are really good, not too heavy. The breakfast biscuit with sausage was also very good. They have rotating seasonal pastries. You can buy refrigerated pizza dough or pie dough. The parking lot is small, but there is a lot of turnover so I have never had an issue getting a parking space.

Lots of very tasty pastries and breads. Heads up there is often a line out the door at busy times and parking is very tight. Use the parking at the grocery store. Staff really friendly. Frequent buyer rewards are good (6 pastry items get most expensive free, 10 coffees next free) I think the coffee is pretty good but not amazing, I'm still a big fan of Public Domain downtown.
