Being honest this area is mainly used for meeting up to carpool or catch a bus. Other than that it's pretty much a ghost area. They have a few locally owned shops to visit. A tanning salon as well. Other than those it's pretty empty. Thus the rating.

Nice plaza. If you're ever in the area I highly recommend Giuseppe's. They make all the bread in house and their chicken cheesesteak is amazing

The sad part is once the children's play place is out of there I will have no reason to go back. The owners of the building are money hungry nor do they care about the little guy. Party central is one of this areas last places for children to play at a reasonable rate that everyone can afford. It's sad really, it used to be a good place to go when I was young and even Kmart has let itself go to a large extent. Not satisfied with any other store there.

The parking lots has always bothered me here. Not to mention the stores in the plaza are sub par at best. The pizza place is alright but that's about it. Peter Harris is decent if you shop the sales racks. Kmart looks filthy as usual and should be placed in the east side of Elmira. Its sad how run down some of the places are.

The arcade in this plaza is sincerely a rip off. No price break for younger kids, no outside food and drinks without paying a fee for it. To top it all off, a ball-less ball pit. A whole lot of money for an hour to play, and extra money is needed for the game token's as well. I would highly recommend Harris hill instead.
