I have been there twice, and this place is great!  I saw Candice for a cleaning and Dr. Brad to fix a filling, and they both provided outstanding service.  I can't remember the other people's names, but everyone there was very friendly.  I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a dentist to serve your family.

Great Place!!! Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Free coffee and water too!! Renee the new office manager is very helpful. Definitely recommend for dental work. And even seeing Dr. Grand too! He really cares about his patients! Not trying to take advantage.

I had a very pleasant experience today at Grand Family Dentistry! I arrived on time and they checked me in right away. They came and got me within 5 minutes and brought me back. 
Dr Grands assistant took some X-rays and he came in and examined me and then explained my treatment plan. He was thouorgh and answered the couple of questions I had. 
I'm not excited about having the work done, but I know I'm in good hands! I have been going to them for over 12 years and have always been well taken care of.

The staff was very good both times I have been to the dental hygienist and I had a crown done recently the doctor was excellent I never even knew when he put the needle in my mouth however two things bother me about this practice one is your name is not crossed out with a black marker at the front desk secondly they were earphones which is very annoying when someone receives a call and they have to talk.  Also in the dental hygienist was working she received two calls from the front desk the second call encouraged her to work faster which she did in a very nice manner but I would have preferred if they were busy that day to have rescheduled me then work quicker in my mouth. Also I think that the office manager has some difficulty with billing we spent two weeks trying to figure out what the charges were going to be for the crown and never received word back I understand that insurance is tricky and confusing and changes all the time.

Upon my first visit I was initially satisfied with this office. I felt the treatment plan was not all necessary however I agreed with most of it. When I returned for my second visit today I was held in the office to settle a balance from the previous visit that I was never made aware of. I had only initially visited 2-3 weeks prior. I asked why a bill was never sent and I was told they just received the balance. So instead of allowing me to see the doctor, I was delayed 20 minutes due to a new computer system so that my $70 balance could be paid. This was in addition to the 15 minute wait in the lobby, while they whispered around the computer before advising me. Further, the balance I paid during my last visit was the amount I was told I owed for that visit. When I inquired about this today  I was told “they were way off “😳. I am so disappointed. Even more disappointed that I am now on the hunt for a new dentist after being so hopeful that this was going to be a great dentist office for me.
