Great customer service. This one of the best hotels in town. Access to the main entrance is a little weird, but it makes up for it with all the other amenities. Rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Very elegant. Food is great

Hotel is beautiful. All areas kept super clean. Staff is very friendly. Nice gym. 2 restaurants. Various lounges. Definitely would rebook if in this area. Oh, there are 2 shopping malls across the street with many stores & restaurants!

Awesome breakfast buffet, very modern and spacious rooms.  I would definitely come back.

Nice hotel, design rooms and great restaurant on 18th floor, poor view on certain rooms. Reception hidden by concierge. Certain floors accessible by different elevators. Not easy to find
