Grand Illusions was able to fit us in for a last minute mani and pedi just three hours after we called. Danielle was so helpful, friendly, and kind. She was practically our West Branch guide to the town. She also did a beautiful job with our nails and a very nice foot massage and pedicure.

Waiting area definitely needs an upgrade. Chairs aren't very comfortable. Back is against a brick wall.
