Great place to stay, bathrooms and showers are kept super clean. Easy access to town and right down the street from the grocery store. Only downside I can see is that the back of the park is neighboring a bunch of house and there are a few bigger dogs barking during the day. It also is right next to the fair grounds which I imagine when they're active can be noisy. With that being said the staff is super friendly and the place is family owned and managed onsite. If you have any problems they have a maintenance guy that can help you get setup. Would stay here again in a heart beat

OPEN ALL YEAR! Typical KOA, easy after hours check in. Nice bathrooms, HOT showers, and level lots. Lady at the desk was very nice and friendly. Will definitely stay here again! $34 for water and electric after tax and AAA discount.

This place was great, the staff was super friendly even though we got there late at night. It’s not the most secluded campground around but they have a nice maintained area, and a fenced in dog run too.

We had a RV pull thru site right next to the office. Because it was early February there was hardly anyone else here and maybe that is why the wifi worked so well! Park is located right off the highway and we had plenty of room to maneuver our 37 foot motorhome around the park. Nice patch of grass for relaxing outside our RV. Spacious site with table and fire pit. Very clean and quiet park. Staff was very helpful and friendly! Will stay again if we come through Grand Junction.

Stayed here from December 10th to February 10th (2 months). The winter pull through rate was pretty reasonable for the quality of the park. Loved the beautiful Western Colorado sunsets! Not crowded in the winter so we didn’t have neighbors right next door, which was nice. Bathrooms/showers were always clean. Couldn’t hear noise from hwy 50 and fairgrounds are closed in winter so that wasn’t an issue. Internet worked great but we had a few problems with the cable tv picture freezing up on us. Propane and laundry prices were reasonable but electric was a bit too high in my opinion at 14 cents/kWh. Place we’re at now only charges 9 cents/kWh. Overall a great stay and we would definitely return.
