Dawn Harr was fabulous in that she spent a lot of time helping me decide what I needed and even stopped by with samples. She gave detailed recommendations that made our wedding tables have just the look we were after. Randy put up the tent and he took a lot of time making sure it was placed in just the right spot. He was professional and the tent was very secure. It could have easily withstood high winds that we usually have at our home. I would rent from them again!

Great prices, great service, great inventory! This company has everything I needed, was super reasonable, and didn't disappoint! I will defiantly use them again for my next event!

Had a great experience with this company. Rented a tent, they came and sat up same day. It blew down, and the next day they came and set it up making sure it was up before my event started. Everyone was very professional, Dawn especially was easy to work with.

Rented a trailer from the Urbana location that never should have left the yard- NO LIGHTS and CHAINS !!! Lost over $600 in deposits and sales because we couldn`t pickup our purchases.Couldn`t get a replacement trailer since they were closed till Monday morning.Recently needed a Bobcat,car hauler,tent ,75 chairs and party tables-I got them but not from Grand Rental.There`s other rental companies out there that rent safe quality equipment-NOT Grand Rental Station !
