We moved into home January 2014 and as of June 20, 2014 we still have no landscaping and our deck which we paid $8,500 for is defective. In addition, the trim is falling off our home, there are gouges in the trim and the garage door is yet to receive a finish paint job (hand prints and missing paint) .  The interior of our home is the same; messy paint job with missing paint, drips on trim and we paid additional for this as well.  On the other hand, Del Webb/Pulte has built and landscaped new models and left many Grand Reserve new homeowners without finished products in spite of multiple complaints.  My recommendation to new buyers is beware of what you are told.  Do not move into your new home until it is complete and up to your standard expectations.  Don't pay cash as we did, make sure you have an escrow account to keep them from ignoring your final product completion.  We are not happy with Del Webb's lack of attention to details.

A beautiful setting that is still developing. Construction problems were handled quickly & professionally by staff. Very happy here.

I guess I wanted to post a review that might offer some additional insight. 

This was the first home we ever built and I can assure you we were very concerned about everything. This was going to be our retirement home and we had no way to recover if things went wrong. 

When you decide to buy a home the sales associates are very professional and helpful. Be warned the process of selecting exactly what you want is daunting. There are at least a 200 options for each of the available models and the system is not very user friendly. You really need to spend time with them and go over every detail before signing. Once you sign it you own it. Any changes you might want after the 30 day grace period will have to be added after the close by you. 

As careful as we were, we did leave off an option we wanted and there were a couple of other issues that were wrong. Del Webb corrected everything before we closed and explained that it was their highest priority to deliver the house in 100% satisfactory condition. They delivered on that promise. Additionally, they were extremely helpful in helping us to add the option we forgot to order. (Under cabinet lighting)

We moved in in April 2015 and did not get a driveway until May and landscaping until July. However, these were the dates we were promised when we closed. Seasonal items cannot be completed until the ground is the proper temperature and I would rather wait and have it done right than rushed and find out the quality of the work would be poor. 

To summarize, building a new home is not an easy process and we have discussed this with many friends since we built and our experience is much better than anything they went through. Del Webb and their employees were always professional, courteous, and went the extra mile to satisfy our plans for our dream home. We couldn't be happier with our decision.

Very disappointed; poor quality materials & workmanship. HOA dues have been raised twice since Aug. 2014 closing...with less services! Our home + 2 others on our street have not had working sprinklers since May, and the lawns are like straw. Inquiries result in different answers as to why we have no water. Every home on every street except 8 homes on our street are missing a flowering front yard tree; again we are given various reasons why we did not get the proper landscaping and were told we will not get a tree!!No integrity or honesty in any aspect; very very unhappy with this builder.
