For over one hundred years, the Grand Theatre has been entertaining audiences. Built in 1902 as a Vaudeville House, the Grand went to "talking pictures" in the early 20's. Many local residents have fond memories of going to "The Show" to catch something on the big screen.
One of the few remaining single screen movie theatres operating in the Mon Valley, the Grand Theatre still maintains many of its original architectural details. Enter the front lobby and you're transported back in time.
Today, the Grand Theatre hosts a variety of entertainment including live theatre, music, dance, film, and community events.
