Seriously do whatever you can to NOT go to Dr. Madion. If I could leave negative stars, I would. 
I was assigned Dr. Madion as my oral surgeon after an emergency jaw break. He decided to take my wisdom teeth out while I was under to get my mouth wired shut. Then, after 6 weeks of being wired shut with follow up appointments, I was informed they didn't accept my insurance.
When my dentist called to ask about the teeth that were pulled during surgery, Dr. Madion apparently wouldn't shut up for two seconds to let my dentist ask questions. "I don't know if you know what kind of person Dr. Madion is, but you can't exactly get a word in with him."  
His office staff is extremely rude, as well. After some unpleasant interactions, I had my lawyer call to try to mediate things with Dr. Madion to avoid court. The secretary was uncooperative with connecting us to Madion (he's on vacation for the week so won't even be around for our scheduled court date).

The man is a conceited, money hungry crook and a disgrace to the medical profession.

Do yourself and your mouth a favor and stay away from "Dr." Andrew Olsen. Left my teeth/mouth in worse condition than prior to the procedure.

Very rude staff. In person & over the phone. I think it was the same lady. If ever having to deal with oral surgery will not go back here.
