Like stepping back into the seventies minus the shag carpets. A little dingy on the inside, but nothing too major. Some improvements to make the place a bit more modern would be great, especially a screen door for the balconies and a fan in the bathroom. Great view of the back from the balcony of the second and third floors. Very friendly staff, which is a plus.

We decided on the spur of the moment to take a long over due vacation. We were looking for an ocean view. Boy did we get one. You can hear the waves crashing. Although the interior is dated, it is still neat and clean. The pool was great. You couldn't ask for a better location. The ocean is right across the street. The beach and great restaurants are all within a three - five minute walk. We had a great time!

Great place to see the sun rise but if I were you I'd get up an hour before the actual sunrise the colors are so vibrant. You can watch the tides roll in and out it's majestic. No on site eatery but some within walking distance of the hotel. Would definitely recommend this place

Clean rooms, loved the Balcony views! Loved Long Sands Beach. Would stay again.

Right accross from the Ocean. Older, but nice hotel. Shuttle stops right outside and drops you right down in York Beach shops. Nice convenience.
