One of the nicest view of the river.  Great place to have a picnic and play with the kids.  Great playground and lots of room to run

This little park on a cliff that consists of a small playground area, short garden path, midsized grass field, some benches, and a paved walkway wrapping around the entire thing with overlook of the Mississippi River. 

For dog walkers, there's a free poo bag station near the playground. 

It's "ok" although not very memorable or worth a visit on it's own. Shame they cut down the beautiful lavender tree that was here!!

This is one of my favorite stops on my bike rides. This is a great scenic overlook of the Mississippi River. I had a surprise waiting for me on this visit. On the railing at the overlook was a 1980 issue of Natioal Geographic, with an article about the Twin Cities.
