I've been dealing with Lynda for years. She's always been accommodating for my needs. She keeps her units clean and the rates low. If my rent is late, she's patient but I've known her to send a notice eventually - which makes sense as most places charge late fees and she doesn't. She's never yelled or sworn; in fact I've had several conversations that are always pleasant. I recommend Grandville Mini Storage for anyone looking for a simple solution to their storage needs...like I said: no problems in years.

If you deal with Linda she is nice at first, but once you start doing business with her she has zero sense of how to interact in a business sense. We were late on the rent of our storage locker, and she did call and leave a message while we were out of town. We got back, needed to get in, there was a lock on there. We simply called to pay on the unit, and get the lock removed, after over 20 minutes of LINDA yelling, swearing, and telling me (the customer ) to shut up, her final decision was come and unlock the unit.....long story short, we never got an "I"m sorry", just more excuses on why she was not wrong in the way she behaved. The best part of the entire conversation is that she kept calling us irresponsible for not responding to her written notice, yet she's the one who sent the written notice to the wrong address.....With all the storage facilities that are available and fenced in, this place is not worth the headache, find a different storage facility
